In recent years, Kobus has developed into a specialist in the field of personnel. Due to their practice-oriented approach and accumulated experience in the industry, they have become a household name in the world of fruit and vegetables for both employers and employees. The central location of the business premises on the auction site in Barendrecht/Ridderkerk makes it possible to guarantee this practice-oriented approach. Increasing the quality of work for their clients and the development of employees are of paramount importance to Kobus. In consultation with clients, Kobus has therefore provided training for employees from 2012 in the training room at their office. In collaboration with the SVO training institute, Kobus offers various training courses. In addition, they have been providing professional training outside our own training center for some time now. They use, among other things, N&S (for logistics training and emergency response) and for MBO-oriented training.
